This is a very ghetto area- near Metro-need I say more. The management is rude. The grounds are kept nasty. And there are so many druggies & ghetto a** rude people that live here! Eeeeeew!!!!

This is a false post. Please disregard it. This area is called Ahwatukee and it is one of the nicest residential suburbs in Phoenix. There is absolutely nothing "ghetto" about it.

if "Metro" refers to Metrocenter Mall, that is about 30 miles away from this area, in Glendale (35th ave & peoria ave)... Portofino has been converted to condominiums now, and is very quiet & a very nice neighborhood.

This person is confused with the location. As the other responses indicate, this one is in Ahwatukee and is nowhere near the Metro center.
