BEWARE THE UNITS ARE NOT LIKE THE MODELS

DEFINITELY BEWARE!THE MODELS ARE NOTHING LIKE THE ACTUAL UNITS.

THE ACTUAL UNITS FOR RENT ARE POORLY CONSTRUCTED, DIRTY, AND FLAT PAINT IS USED ONLY ON SOILED AREAS WHEN THE APARTMENTS BECOME VACANT.

DOG POOP IS SCATTERED THROUGHOUT THE PROPERTY GROUNDS.

NONE OF THE SPAS WORK.

THEY ARE BREEDING GROUNDS FOR MOSQUITOES AND BACTERIA.

I WAS TOLD BY NATALIE THE PROPERTY MANAGER THAT ALL OF THE OTHER PROPERTIES MANAGED BY SRI ARE THE SAME AS PORTIFINO PROPERTY.

THE PORTIFINO PROPERTIES ARE A DISGRACE TO THE NEIGHBORHOOD.

BE SURE TO WALK THE GROUNDS.

AND DON'T SIGN THE LEAST UNTIL YOU WALK THROUGH THE UNIT.

I'LL SAY IT AGAIN THE MODELS ARE NOTHING LIKE THE ACTUAL UNITS.

HOWEVER,IF YOU DON'T MIND LIVING IN SUBSTANDARD, MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE THAT DON'T STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK, AND POOP LITTERED GROUNDS, THIS MIGHT JUST BE THE RIGHT PLACE FOR YOU.
