Nice spacious apartment with reasonable rent. Utilities not included unless you rent a studio. Split floorplan on the 2 bedrooms is great for roommates.

Parking is a pain in the ass. My car was broken into 3 different times. They do have a security guy now, so I guess that helps.

Surrounding neighborhood sux! Tweaker central. I had package from UPS stolen from my front door. You can't see the front door from the street.

Staff is nice. Manager is a -----
