The experience living at Presidio North was absolutely the most horrible experience I have ever went through. Management rushes you into signing a lease, and once you have signed they forget you exist. If you ever have a problem, forget about it ever getting resolved. Management is completely rude, and totally unprofessional, not to mention illegal. If you get on their bad side, they threaten, harrass, and embarass you to the absolute extreme. The neighbors have all made an appearance on Cops or Jerry Springer. The apartment complex loses a tenant a night to hand cuffs. Cars are constantly stolen or broken into. Trying to sleep is a joke, because your 40 year old neighbors are partying like teenangers, or beating their lover or children. Once you try to break a lease, consider your credit messed up and $1000 in expenses just to break the lease. I wouldnt recommend this place to anybody, and the complex should definately be condemned!

Although I did not live there, I did stay there with a friend frequently while visiting from California. I agree with nearly everything this person has posted. My only comment is this person could have avoided the expenses of breaking his/her lease. As the grounds are not kept properly and not in accordance with State law, this person had a great defense in court and should have sued Presidio. My friend did. . .and won.
