The management are jerks, you pay quite a bit, but they never fix anything if it should not work properly. I've lived here for 3 years and paid my rent on time every month, but they don't get any nicer with time. The plumbing is horrible, and there are wiggers who drive by with their noise boxes at all hours of the morning while you try to sleep. The walls are extremely thi, so you always hear your neighbors here. There is on site laundry and a pool, but that's about all they have going for them. I pay about $935 for an apartment with horrible electric problems and sewage that revisits at least once a week after it's flushed out of the pipes for a day or two. After 3 years, I've had enough...I'll be buying a home I saved desperately for and moving out of here under two months. They asked me to renew my lease, but it doesn't require a rocket scientist to know what my answer was to that.

Are you single or do you have others living with you? 935 sounds like an awful lot of money for one person.
