100% true...it's bad! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/28/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   I am just counting the seconds before I get the he-- out of here. If I could collect rent from the roaches that have invaded my apartment, I would be rich enough to buy Scottsdale. As for the staff...that's a joke!! The only person that seem to care at all about the tenants is the accounting person. The "manager"' is rude and seems to be on some sort of a power trip. Rumor is...she is sleeping with the owner...go figure!! Don't even think of trying to get a repair done in your apartment. If they do manage to get to it, it won't be done right anyway. Bottom line is....RUN,RUN FAST...AWAY FROM PRESIDIO NORTH!!!!!!!
