Oh my Lord does this place wreak of horror. I don't know if someone from the office wrote that good rating or not, but we are far from sad people 'surely' and we lived there for quite some time before we were able to escape and until we started having problems, it was smooth, but once our a/c broke and then our front door, ants, roaches, theft, drugs, suicide and fire the management was completely differant, DO NOT BE FOOLED they will not help you and they are by far the worst management in all of arizona. GET OUT if you are there and don't move in if you are looking ( one time they dyed the pool blue to make it look cleaner)

Exactly how do you know they dyed the pool blue? Do you know exactly how much dye it would take for that to occur? Not to mention that the water is constantly flowing?
