I would rather live on the street than renew my lease with Presidio North Apartments! Everything from the maintenance to the smoke infested apartments is awful!
We are non smokers and our studio apartment reeks of cigarette smoke! The management claims there is nothing they can do about it, that "smokey apartments are just part of apartment dwelling!!!"
They also overcharge rent and make up large bills because of unproven fees! All the office staff needs to be fired and arrested because of their lack of following apartment laws and regulations!
Take it from a current tenant: DO NOT MOVE IN HERE....EVER!!! Presidio North is a expensive trip to hell!
