My husband and I have lived in Presidio North apartments for a year. The unit that we live in is very quiet and our neighbors are extremely nice, but these apartments are old. Things are done half ass. Our blinds were screwed to the top of our ceiling and they still fall off, our disher washer was broken three times and we had to end up getting a new one, the broken one worked better than the new one. The facility is very dark, not to many lights. Any area where there is lights, they are either out or very, very dim. There is no lights in the pool area and the light in the pool doesn't even work. The spa's and the grills never work. We finally have staff that seems to be staying and I hope they do becuase some of them are nice and carring like, Paige, Nina, and Trisha. Patty on the other hand is very rude. She is a very unhappy woman who chose to work with the public. Bad idea! She has no customer skills, never excited to see anyone and is beyond caring. The day she gets fired is the day this place will be better. If she was my leasing consultant the day that I came to look at the apartments I would have ran away from this place as fast as I could. If you are looking for a studio the price is not bad. You would be dealing with bugs, vilence, drugs and crack heads. The cops are called out here once a week because of the studio's. If you still want to move in after all I have said the only things I can suggest is, 1. move as far away from the sudio's as possable. And 2. when looking at apartments and deciding to rent one make sure you are not dealing with Patty. She will do her job to get you in then drop you the next moment. My suggestion, keep looking you can find better
