Good things:
1. The apartment I moved into is much larger then other 2 bedroom apartments I've seen in the area (1050 sq feet)
2. Unique 2 bedroom floor plan with one full bathroom in each bedroom and both bedrooms are very spacious.
3. The rent and move in specials are decent
4. Very close to two large shopping centers (everything you need right down the street)
5. Most of the staff is pretty nice

Bad:

1. Apartments are older with outdated appliances, tiles and windows. The screens on my windows have been bent and broken from day one and were never replaced. The model is much nicer then the actual apartments.
2. Leave a message for emergency maintenance and they never get back to you. If you want anything done you have to fill out a form in the office and wait a week or more to get someone out. Most of the maintenance workers don't speak English.
3. The parking spot they gave me was on the complete opposite side of where my apartment was located and they weren't able to change it for me. Most the time I parked in guest parking (if available) which is uncovered. My car was also hit in the parking lot and has two dents on the left side now.
4. The studios are cheap with free electric. Ok that sounds like a good deal but they are occupied by mostly young kids who are very loud and inconsiderate.
5. The pool was shut down for over a month due to electrical problems. It's finally working again but it always looks dingy and dirty. The hot tub by the pool doesn't work and the two other spas have so many chemicals it stings your eyes and you can't breathe.
6. The lighting in the parking lots are very poor.
7. They have a gate in the front but the walls around the complex are only knee high and there is an opening by the gate so anyone can park in the front and walk right in. It's not secure at all so I don't know why they try to make it look secure with the annoying gate in the front. Speaking of, the number machine by the gate has been broken the entire time I've been here so any guests have to park outside the gate and walk to the other side of the complex to visit.
8. They don't allow pets.
9. Patty in management is very grouchy and rude.
10. From what I've heard there are a lot of drug dealers and drug use at this complex. I personally have never seen it and I'm sure you get that everywhere, but it's a big complaint from other residents.
11. There is only a 2 day grace period on rent rather then the standard 5 days that most apartment communities offer. If late even one day their late fees are OUTRAGOUS.

It's ok for the price but my recommendation is definately NO!
