Obviously there are some negative ratings for this complex but that's probably because they got evicted. Honestly, the people here are the nicest I've ever talked to. On top of that, the apartment was beautiful when I moved into it and they're good about keeping the complex clean. Within the 7 month lease I stayed here, I only saw two bugs which is awesome! The location is great because of all the restaurants and stores that are near it and the fact that it is close to the freeway. I'd recommend staying here to anyone.

this sounds like a member of management trying to advertise. " the people here are the nicest i've ever talked to," I don't believe that came from a resident

i was thinking of working here but not after all these raitings. i would have been a real asset. and yes this was a comment from some one in the office. because they do this type of stuff all the time when they only get BAD rating's. well so sorry for your co.
