I have lived at these apartments for 6 months and so far I haven't had any major problems. Whenever something broke or didn't work right maintenance came and fixed it usually the same day or next day. I live in one of the studios and having free electric is nice especially in the summer. The only thing I can complain about is the parking isn't very good, there aren't enough parking spots for everyone especially since nobody will park in their assigned covered parking because they don't want to walk to far they would rather park right in front. So if you have two cars that kinda sucks. Another problem I've had is getting my laundry stolen from the laundry room while it's drying. That's pretty ghetto to steal someones laundry especially stealing a two year olds clothes.Other than that I have enjoyed living here. I plan to renew my lease when it is up. I would recommend this place to anyone whose thinking of moving here. Just watch your clothes in the laundry room.
