It's an older apartment complex, so you have to expect some inconveniences. Price I guess is reasonable, but it is offset by excessive electric bills in the summer due to older and poorly functioning air conditioning units.
There are a lot of children running around the complex unsupervised and they can be noisy. Drug activity is rampant. Crack pipes, marijuana roaches all over the place.
Parking is a problem. Asked to have my space moved because people were constantly blocking it to retrieve their mail and management refused my request. They were completely apathetic that this was a constant hassle for me.
Laundry facility is poorly maintained. Half of the dryers do not work and are never fixed. Theft is also a problem. Had to do my laundry at 4:00 in the morning just to avoid these problems. They will also gauge you when you leave by trumping up make believe damage charges.
Would not recommend.
