I SURE HOPE THAT I CHANGED THE MINDS OF AT LEAST A COUPLE PEOPLE ABOUT MOVING INTO PRESIDIO NORTH APARTMENTS WITH MY LAST REVIEW IN MAY. I JUST COULDN'T RESIST AND WHEN I SAW THAT THERE WAS NOT A REVIEW WRITTEN ABOUT IT YET I FELT THAT IT WAS MY DUTY TO INFORM THOSE OF YOU EVEN CONSIDERING MOVING INTO THIS PLACE. CONSIDER THIS...... I KNOW OF AT LEAST ONE APARTMENT THAT HAS JUST BECOME AVAILABLE. WHY''' I'LL TELL YOU.... BECAUSE AFTER SEEING ABOUT 10 POLICE CARS, A FIRE ENGINE,AMBULANCE,PARAMEDIC AND MOST IMPORTANTLY THE "MEAT WAGON" FOUND OUT FROM A 9 YEAR OLD LITTLE GIRL THAT SOMEBODY HAD OVER DOSED ON DRUGS AND DIED.NOT TO MENTION THIS WAS JUST 20 FT FROM WHERE MY LITTLE BOY WAS PLAYING. SO ASK YOURSELF THIS. DO YOU REALLY WANT TO TAKE THE CHANCE OF LIVING IN AN APARTMENT WHERE SOME IDIOT KILLED HIMSELF. MORE IMPORTANTLY, IF YOU HAVE KIDS DO YOU REALLY WANT THEM PLAYING IN SOME PLACE WHERE THERE IS AN ABUNDANCE OF DRUG ACTIVITY''' THINK ABOUT IT!!!! P.S. WHILE THAT DICKHEAD AT THE FRONT GATE THEY CALL THE "CURTESY PATROL" IS CONCERNED WITH HARASSING PEOPLE AND TOWING PEOPLES CARS AWAY, PEOPLE ARE DIEING RIGHT NEXT DOOR TO YOU. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC

This poster is 100% correct. If you are a crack addict or a drug dealer then you will love living at Presidio North! The management there could care less. Thankfully, I no longer live at that haven of drug and criminal activity.

Seriously guys? I just signed a one year lease. Is it just the neighbors that are bad? or is the crime affecting Presidio as well? i had taken a look at those budget inn apartments and they were pretty crappy but does all that carry across the street or kind of maintain over on that side. Heard of crime at Presidio?
