-Disrespectful maint. people.
-Different people in the office every time.
-Appliances left unfixed, despite numerous attempts to get them fixed.
-Unsafe for women walking alone.
-People taking baths in the spas at 6 AM.

I lived in two other apartment complexes before this one and have NEVER seen anything like this place. I had to carry pepper spray just to get to my front door. The tenants were rude. I was either being ogled and whisled at on my way to my apartment or being mugged. Thank goodness I didn't have my purse with me that day. The only good thing about the place is the "Security Guard". And even he isn't that great. Nice guy if you have someone parked in your spot. You need anything else and he can't do anything. He's not "Authorized". There's no 24-hr maint. I wouldn't reccoment this place to my worst enemy.

My fiance lived there for a year before we renewed the lease and I moved in. In that time, the place, he said, was great. Anything broke, it was fixed within 24 hours. The management was really nice and everything was peachy. When we went to renew the lease and add me to it he realized that NONE of the people were the same as only a few weeks before. This was a regular trend. The only people who were constantly there were the Manager (who doesn't care if you've got problems or not) and the maintanence guys (who make up stories to be able to not do anything to help you, if they show up AT ALL).

After about 6 months on our 16 month lease, our dishwasher and ice maker broke. So I went to the office one day after class and asked them to come fix it. 3 weeks and they never even called to get permission to enter. So finally we gave up... 2 months after that when it started to get colder at night, we realiezed they hadn't come to change our a/c back to heat. Asked them to do it. Nothing.

Finally, when we were giving notice, I included a letter informing them of all that was wrong with our apartment so that we wouldn't be fined for it. Less than two days later, they were bugging us to get in to fix it all. 10 months after I had been in asking to get it fixed in the first place.

A week later, we had our 3rd set of new neighbors upstairs and came home to find our bathroom flooded from above. So we called maintanence. He came by, went upstairs for 5 minutes, came back down and said she was in the shower and there was just a bunch of water on the floor. We knew this wasn't true but he wasn't going to do anything. This was at 4:30 on a Friday when they go home at 5. At 9:45 the following morning, we awoke to our bathroom flooding again, more this time than last time. I called maint. and it took the same guy an hour and a half to get there to even look at anything. And he had an attitude with us the entire time he was talking to us.

YEP, I LIVED THERE ABOUT A YEAR AGO AND IT DID'NT TAKE ME LONG TO REALIZE THAT MOVING THERE WAS THE BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER!!!!!! IT BASICALLY BOILS DOWN TO THE RED HEADED LADY IN THE OFFICE. WORD OF WARNING. THIS WOMAN IS THE BIGGEST ----- YOU WILL EVER MEET IN YOUR LIFE. SHE ACTS ALL SWEET WHEN YOU MOVE IN, BUT MAKE NO MISTAKE, AFTER YOU SIGN THE RENTAL CONTRACT SHE WILL GO OUT OF HER WAY TO MAKE YOUR LIFE A LIVING HELL!!!! PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD SPARE YOURSELF OF MONTHS OF PAIN AND ANGUISH AND DO NOT MOVE HERE.

The red headed "b i t c h" is Trish! She screws the owner Pat! I completely agree, everything involves her in some way and I strongly suggest u DO NOT rent here! She is the worst person u will EVER meet!
