Presidio North Apartments have a wonderful variety of floor plans to choose from. You have the option for a studio where all your utilites are paid, the one bedroom is perfect for the first time renter or a couple looking for something nice and affordable, to going into a 2 Master Bedroom Split floorplan. That works out great if you have children, or sharing rent. The owner has done nothing but project after project to keep improving and updating the units. He even throws a Renter Appreciation Party every year with a raffle to win all kinds of prizes. Anywhere from discounted rent to a whole month free. The Management are wonderful people and do their job extremly well. There are always people in this business that no matter what you can't make them happy. I loved the tenants and my job. I miss my Presidio Family and would love to come back. I have seen Management jump thru hoops to keep their renters happy. I can honestly say if anyone had an issue and brought it to the attention of the office, it was taken care of as soon as possible. I have also seen tenants come in and are going thru tough times and Management was always there to help. Presidio North Apartments is a wonderful community if you put the effort into becoming apart of it instead of just being a "renter"! The grounds have lovley grass and flowers, ample shade from health trees. Hot Tubs and a swimming pool for tenants and guests to enjoy. The location is centrally located to the I-17 and shopping right down the street. It is a great place to live and make a home. I miss you all and will be in touch soon.

What a joke! I guess the staff at Presidio have nothing better to do than shamelessly shill the dilapidated property. Obviously, the prior complaints on this website have struck a chord with the sleazy Presidio staff. If anyone believes them, let me know. I have some property in Iraq that I would like to sell you.
