The deals are great. The maintenance people respond quick, however, they don't have a clue what they are doing. I've lived here three months, called the cops well over 10 times already. Kids constantly running around, which is ok, but half of them do not live here and vandalize vehicles daily. All my family's vehicles have been vandalized when they were visiting all at different times. Parking is terrible, terrible TERRIBLE. Spaces are too narrow so expect lots of door damage. Office staff will not help you with any problems... but they sure as hell take your rent check as quick as possible. They sent me and 15 other residents eviction notices because they made a mistake, and STILL required us to prove we had utilities in our name. Constantly inspecting and their notices are VERY rude and threatening. They are constantly threatening to seize all resident property if we cause any problems with "their authority" as they put it. I am forced to carry a weapon when walking around this place because of all the shady people here. The models they show are awesome and beautiful. The place you get, is run down and VERY ghetto. Hindsight is 20/20. I cannot wait until my house is finished. DO NOT MOVE HERE. You will regret every minute of it.
