Dog crap everywhere. It's so bad, that the grass dies. The office staff are impolite. They say things like" I'm just done dealing with you". Although if you complain enough, They will let you out of your lease. I was in one section untill the murders started. I went to another section and and my parking space was so far away I could have hit a 4 iron to my car. The constant notices that they post on the doors are threatening. I had scorpions all the time...so frequently, that the exterminator has permission to enter..every week. They will try their best to not return your security deposits. They will try to make you pay for carpet replacement. If you need drugs...come here..Weed,Meth,Coke...it's all here...so bring your kids. There is not quite enough people from Texas who speed through the parking lot.. Eric, at the office is rude. Diana Hillman ..the one who does the accounting..is cute, but she's a royal -----. The pools suck, Maintenence is great ...unless you wnat the light fixed on the tennis court. There is dog crap everywhere, and the grass is urine laden..so you can never walk barefoot. Parking is 19 inches per space under code...expect damage! The management( once you move in ) doesn't like kids. This place mistreated me as an adult...And to all of my homies who are still stuck at this place...Wish you were here at the Pinnacle at South Mountain!..This place rocks....And no dog Crap!
