The complex is in a nice area. The complex itself is the worst place to live in Ahwatukee. It is a benefit dogs are allowed including restricted breeds such as mine. The maintenance staff is great as long as you have their direct number. You can ask one of the maintenance men for this. If you make an appointment for maintenance through the office staff, forget it. When I first moved in the complex was paving..great! It was great until the office released two different maps of where to park on one day. It seems the majority of people got the wrong map. About 10 cars were towed to the back of the parking lot, fine but the office staff told us we were towed to north Phoenix. After a three hour search and phone calls to surrounding cities, my car was nowhere to be found. Police departments assumed my car stolen. FIVE DAYS LATER, I found our cars only because I was walking my dogs. I notified the office staff and they were thrilled I found the cars.... Pests...They do have pest control but for some reason it does not help. My very clean apartment was infested with cockroaches and scorpions and so were the neighbors. Finess Center...Make sure you look around the corner in the weight room. A homeless man is permitted to stay there at night. He hides under the glass wall. Stalker/Rapist...There is a rapist that hangs out and looks in women's windows. I was not aware of this but thanks to the wonderful ground crew they advised me. He would jump over my balcony at night...even though I lived with a Marine and two Rottweilers. When office staff was notified they said they have seen him walking around!'! For the FINALE... I moved out of the complex and they wanted me to replace the carpet that did not really need replaced but I was so happy to get out I really did not want to argue. Cutting my losses would be best. 1500 for a 900 sq ft apartment, okay whatever. Have your money. As soon as I received the bill I asked to make payments of 300 every month. The manager, Connie, said this would be perfectly fine....3 months of paying this bill on time religiously I receive a letter, a FIRST letter saying I was being sent to collections! I was shocked. I told her from the beginning I could pay the full amount right away but it would be tight. She assured me the payments were fine. Never take their word for anything.
