Worst Apartments in Ahwatukee From: Gerry77 Date posted: 8/11/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005 1 response   I totally agree with the other reviewer that stated that this place is in a good part of the city, but no kidding, the worst apartment complex in the area! The metal closet doors, the periodic "search" of the premises (where they make you feel not like a customer but some kind of inmate getting their cell checked, ridiculous!), the ugly and dated floor plan, the miniscule bathrooms, the poor state of the carpet which was supposed to have been replaced before moving in...Do I need to go on' Also not wanting to be negative, but really, the slight savings in rent are not a factor...live elsewhere.
