Well i lived here for a year and it hasn't been that bad, I'm in the older building so everything is not new but for what i pay its pretty good.

I was warned and i'm aware that we live in the desert but i'm on the second floor and i have had scorpions all the time. They do have pest control but for some reason it does not help. I would go to the office i would keep the scorpions to show them they thought i was crazy because i was having so many problems. They said they would have somone come spray or whatever but yet no one would come for weekes because they would forget to put the request in. It was a little disappointing when you have them all the time it wasn't like once in a while.

Notices on the door all the time very annoying no privacy always someone coming in. I wish it was every couple months more like every 2 weeks for a while.

Everytime i would try to talk to someone in the office i would have problems or never get the help or answers i needed. My brother was moving to AZ and wanted to look at Presidio and when we tried they where in a hurry because she wanted to go to lunch and was no help at all so needless to say they did not get his business.
The complex is large and they definitely dont do good background checks on new tenants.
