Where do I begin. Grounds are not well kept. Bug and insect problems (Ive had it sprayed repeatedly). Appliances are old (this is especially detrimental when you see the ac bill, that thing drains power and barely keeps the place cool). Ive compared my srp (elect) bill with other in the area and during the time when we use our AC, our bill was sometimes MORE THAN TWICE that of people in other complexes. Dont let anyone tell you appliances dont matter. Let me tell you about the dish-dirtier (its not a dishwasher). I actually washed all my dishes once and put them in there to test my theory that it was doing more harm than good and sure enough, when it was done, the dishes looked grimier than when I put them in. I am not making this up. Oh, and the dryer will only go for about 90 minutes before it wont turn on and you have to let it sit for about 20 minutes to use it again, Maintenance came and fixed this and left a note saying some kind of circuit or something was causing it and that they replaced it which sounded like bs but it gave me hope. Well, that hope was dashed when the following weekend I was doing the laundry and sure enough, it cut off after the third load again! They dont care about the residents here! They do only what it takes to shut you up for the moment.
The only positive thing I can say is that it's pretty big and we got three months free which made the rent really cheap. But I hear that theyre not even doing that anymore (if they are not DIRT CHEAP, they are over-priced, trust me).
Thats all I can think of right now.
