This apartment complex is very outdated. What people say about the appliances is VERY TRUE!!! The dishwasher really IS a dish DIRTIER-my dishes DO come out grimier than when they went in and the washing machine and dryer ruin my clothes-I have told maintenance to come fix it and I just get a note on the door saying "nothing was found to be wrong". Thanks alot. That is, when you can GET the maintenance to actually show up. I have complained 3 times in the past few months about my broken patio door and have yet to have it fixed. The appliances are from about 1970. The cabinets are all falling apart and made of particle board. The grounds are not kept well. My bathroom smells like mildew no matter how much I clean it. I heard a rumor that the apartment complex is infested with mold in the walls, (I HAVE had some strange health issues since I moved in....) Everything in the apartment is just VERY OLD and gross. The only good thing I can say is that they were flexible with our lease time.
