Poor Excuse for an Apartment complex From: 34456 Date posted: 5/9/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   Where to start....Tree trimmers and lawn mowners at 5:45 am, neighbors with noisy dogs and an apartment office that just doesn't care. Had I known any other this, I would have gone somewhere else
