Where do I start' The apartment complex is located in a terrible area, and is one of the ugliest places I have ever seen. But, we just located to the area and were willing to give it a shot. BIG MISTAKE! We were shown the model by Jessica, who is a total ----- and a liar, by the way. She will tell you lie after lie so that she can get her commission. The model is very tiny and not that cute, but we thought to give it a try. When we arrived to âourâ apartment, we were greeted with a carpet full of stains and cigarette burns, with the pleasant aroma of cat pee! It was terrible! The appliances in the kitchen were from 1960, and everything was gross looking and smelled like mildew. We decided that we were not going to live here, called the office, and demeaned our money back. We got all our money back with our paperwork. The place is a nightmare; it is like living in a ghetto-slum! Jessica is a total ----- and a liar! RUN AWAY!!

I live here now and i had jessica as a leasing consultant and it upsets me to see someone writing this about her. I had some issues when i moved in but all were taken care of very quick and i was very happy to see the way the staff handled it. You got all your money ( and if you did sign the lease they didnt have to do that ) how can you say such mean things about someone who helped you in the end. All i can say is im sorry for your bad experience but this area is not the "slums" of phoenix (your new to the area you have no idea what the slums is) and she was very helpful to me and i enjoy the commmunity and her help.

OH PLEASE!! I have lived in AZ my whole life, and that place is a slum! I lived there for awhile and it sucked! I also had Jessica and I agree, she was a total -----! By that way...it is the law to refund all money if the renters decide not to live there within 48 hours...

Get a LIFE andy0726! I used to work there, and that place is a ghetto!!! The management company is trying to get rid of the "nasty, bad-credit, poor, young people" there are get a better group of richer, more well-do-to people. And I agree with JessicaSucks, she is a liar and a horrible sales person. Also...sorry to break this to you andy0726, but the people that work in the leasing office, are sales people, and get commission, so we are only nice to you a get that. Jessica is not your friend, not will she ever be. She wants your money and sale.

I would just like to point out that you are talking about a person that you know very little about and do not know on a personal level so for you to attempt to disparage this person is terrible. It is also embaressing that you are doing this with such poor grammar which demographically shows what kind of a person you are...TRASHY! I think in the future you should consider taking more time writing. I also hope, and would like to point out, that Presidio has over 800 units and have been renting for almost 20 years. Most people that are going to take the time to report on here have most likely had bad experiences, which unfortunately happen, but if there are only 80 something complaints over the past couple years, they can not be doing that badly.

Both of you are total losers and poor white trash if you live STILL live in this apartment complex. Nothing was wrong with the writing, and you are taking this review way to personal. I have lived there six months ago, and left, just like most of the people that have rented there. The place is horrible and run down, but the both of you, probably have poor credit, and have no other choice but to reside there. That place is rundown, and is a total joke.

I think you are taking this way too personally!!! Do you have nothing better to do then sit there and audit the reviews of this!! You must have apartment rating as your home page. Loser!!!!! And the last time I checked Jessica's job wasn't to turn apartments and get them ready, her job is to rent the apartments. Think about it before you slander her name on the internet you jerk!!

Hmm...interesting what everyone has posted. I agree with jessica sucks, this place REALLY SUCKS!!!!! The place is old and full of ghetto people, but I think they are trying to bring it back, yeah right. Save yourself the time and go next door to The Sonoran. Laceysupersucks is a total loser, I doubt the same person is responding over and over, I THINK YOU SHOULD GET A LIFE! YOU ARE A TOTAL LOSER!!!!!
