Would not recommend this complex to my worst enemy!

This is the Gheto of Awatukee...take that back as it gives the Gheto a bad name. We've been here 4 months, and in that time not one of the 4 pools have ever been clean for more than 3 or 4 days at a time. Most of the time one is completely shut down. Currently they are all closed but one due to vandalism! When they are open they are so dirty you can barely see bottom. The grounds around the complex are dirty, with garbage, and animal waste. $200 a month electric bills have been common as our air conditioning has never shut off...and it still registers 98 degrees in the living room. The UPS delivery guy told us he could not leave a package outside our door due to the vadalism and stolen property. I'm such a patient person that I've never written something like this on the internet. I pitty the next person who picks this place as transitional housing while they wait to purchase a house or transfer to the area. Take my word for it, as an executive for an international company, the owners and management of this place would be fired if they worked for me!
