They just want to make a buck. From: presaptreviewer Date posted: 9/30/2006 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2006   I've been here for 5 years and it wasn't the worst place but wasn't the best. My rent was always paid on time, I never caused any problems, was what I would think, an ideal resident. Instead of rewarding loyal residents with no rent increases, they would rather hike the rent up $100/mo and let their loyal residents move elsewhere. Ever since the previous owners sold to Waterton, this complex has gone downhill very quickly. My advice - stay away.
