we have lived in presidio for 5 months now and we've had mold 2 times the first time they cleaned it up with bleach and the second time it came back and it was black so we had our own man come out and test it and sure enough its toxic....BUT when we went to go break our lease due to that the property manager gave us a 24 hour eviction notice and then told us we had to write a notice of why were breaking our lease but we could not mention the word MOLD at all!! SO DO NOT LIVE HERE THERE PIECES OF CRAP!! AND THEY WILL GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND!!!

I didn't know you could have mold in Arizona. It's a pretty dry place here. I have heard of some people that try to get out of their lease by making faulty mold accusations and when they don't get what they want they go to these web sites and slander the property. That's too bad.

Actually, you CAN have mold in ARIZONA...my parents just spent thousands having mold in their home taken care of so they could sell their house and as i type this, i have mold growing on my window sills in both of my bedrooms at presidio...and each time we clean it..guess what? it grows back! so for whoever wrote the comment to the persons post about how they can't have mold in AZ and they are just mad and want to slander the property, shut up! you probably work at the office and just want to cover your a@$ to sell more crappy apartments to people who don't know any better! Bite me! Mold is dangerous! especially when you have little ones living with it in their home!
