Presidio at South Mountain

Not exactly what I expected for the price From: kariann07 Date posted: 2/13/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   Cockroaches, my first 2 weeks in SUMMER I went w/o AC, garbage disposal broke and took nearly 2 weeks to fix, wash machine stinks, carpet looks like it should be torn out already. Not horrible, however not recomended for the price. Management isn't the brightest and have a hard time with taking calls, I recommend writing anything you need done and dropping off to them. The hot tubs were also not working for a good portion of the cooler months. I don't mind the place, its pretty quiet and the grounds are well maintained.
