I guess everyone is entitled to their own opinion. I have lived at the Presidio at South Mountain for over 3 years. I thought about moving when my last lease was up to be closer to work but found that when I did some research around this area that I was getting the best price and location for my dollar. I also refered a friend that was moving to the Phoenix area and I was awarded $300.00 off my next months rent. They also just remodeled the fitness center and it is beautiful! I love living here. I am sorry that other people dislike it here, but it is a big place-almost a thousand units so I guess you can't always make everyone happy.
