Lots of Lighting Problems

I have to agree with the post about the lighting. I live in the Loop section (supposedly the "nice" section), and the lighting problems are bad. The mail building lights were out for weeks, and the outside lights in my building are completely out. It's not safe for my children and me walk out our door at night into complete darkness. There have been reports of sexual predators in this area, and this complex would be a great place for them to hide and attack women. They give all sorts of excuses about wiring problems, but nothing seems to ever get fixed.
Also, they ask us to be patient with them, but they certainly don't go out of their way to accommodate us. After the new management took over, they started a new policy, with no notice, of having no grace period whatsoever with rent payments. There was a 3 day grace period before, and I've never lived anywhere where there wasn't a grace period. So if you're even one day late, you get hit with a huge late penalty. Counting the days until my lease is up...

I'm sorry I missed your review, before I wrote mine.
I cannot believe their lack of concern over lighting issues. This is SUCH a huge issue. My friend is a Phx Cop and he couldn't believe that lights not working was not considered an emergency. The increase in crime due to limited lighting is huge. Shame on Presidio for not caring about the people that make them who they are. I would hate for someone to be raped due to the lack of lighting, but maybe that is what it is going to take for these stupid bastards to figure out this is a big problem.
