Definately NOT peaceful. LOW CLASS - garbage bags allowed to pile up outside apartment doors, garbage bags ON TOP of car ports ! abandoned cars taking up parking spots, LOUD and DISCOURTEOUS neighbors. SMOKE and PET URINE CONSTANTLY BEING SMELLED through ajoining apartments. T.V. Cable wires DO NOT work in all rooms. Drunken adolescents making their presence known throughout the early morning hours. Need I say more ' Be Warned !

Don't forget shootings in broad daylight. :) In one of the buildings near mine, someone fired a shot and it went through that apartment's dining room wall, into the neighbors dining room, through another wall into the child's bedroom. The occupants of both apartments moved out almost immediately. Scarry!!!

I can relate. I'm stuck living above extremely loud and annoying people, who blare their stereo sometimes until 2 am. Unacceptable.
