I would not recommend to anyone. We've been living here for 8 months and still waiting for our dishwasher to be fixed since the first week we moved in. The maintenance men are unprofessional, don't speak english, and whip around in their golf carts all day. Don't expect to have a free uncovered parking spot, there's usually a golf cart parked there as well. Also, I have never seen so many roaches in my life and I'm from the midwest. The lighting around here is a joke, the pools are never clean, they are always cloudy. We are moving out in April and I can't wait. SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV

What are you crazy!!! The pools are always clean! I work out every morning at the gym here and swim laps at the large pool that is heated and it is always clean! Maybe you are dirty and brought the roaches with you! Go back to the midwest then if it is so much better there!

Just to let you know....the pools are NOT always clean...the 1st review was right. You're right too because the pool you swim in is the ONLY one that is clean and feels warm!!! Since there are 4 pools at this complex, then they should ALL be clean, not just the one that is by the gym! Better take a lap around the complexes instead of the pool, then you'll see why everyone is at the middle pool--what a waste of 3 other pools!(and spas!)
And...you're the lucky one if you haven't seen any roaches because beware...they are here (and no, I didn't bring them with me!

ok well i agree with the first guy about the pools i live by one of the back side pools and its always clean. I do agree they are not AS clean as they are in the summer but they are not heated so i understand. the office will tell you the only one that is to be heated is the lap pool. As for the roaches i have never ever seen one in my apartment and i dont think you brought them with you but i do know that they only go where people are unclean. Have you asked them to check the apartment around you?

I think Roxanne does post a lot here now that she knows of this websites existence and knowing she can post anonymously...i have no problem with any other staff members but her...she is EXTREMELY RUDE and quite frankly not management material! Not to mention she acts like a child!

Amen - I have never met a more unprofessional person. Roxanne always has an excuse for everything. She tries to pass blame onto the other office staff (though they aren't very good either) and when push comes to shove she'll always say "Well, I'm dealing with 1,500 apartments - we are doing the best we can". My response - this is too big of a job for someone like her!
