This apartment complex is AWESOME! Don't let the bad raitings of people throwing tempertantrums fool you! The apartments are HUGE their management is awesome, ask for Lindsy! She is wonderful, she was knowledgeable, friendly, went out of her way to keep me informed while my application was being processed. I am so exciting about moving into my new home, this has been a BIG move for me, and they have just been great over there! Give them a chance and check them out! THEIR AWESOME! YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED!

oh please, wait till you move in...you will be throwing temper tantrums soon, too! good luck with the mold, scorpions, loud neighbors, old appliances, etc etc...hopefully you at least got an upgraded apartment...and don't expect maintenance to fullfill any requests in a timely manner, if it's broke, plan on fixing it yourself...don't assume people leaving bad comments aren't legit, you haven't even moved in yet...and no one takes the time to find a website and complain when everything is actually hunkey dory

First off, I hope as a housewarming present you get a dictionary. The word is 'They're' not 'Their' Secondly, as was previously mentioned, you have no clue what you are talking about. I am happy for you that you were treated well prior to signing your contract. I am sorry to say you will soon see that once the honeymoon is over, there goes the niceness. That office is a mess, and each person you ask, will give you a different answer. So please, but down the bong and come back to reality.

Oh please! That was obviously written by one of the undereducated and spelling-challenged staff, maybe even "Lindsy" herself. Roxanne and her staff will have to write many, many more fake reviews to have any chance of boosting Presidio's satisfaction rating into the 30% range.
