Presidio at South Mountain

desperate to get out of here From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/7/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007 1 response   Pros: Relatively cheap, at least compared to other places. Maintenance is decent; things usually get fixed (eventually). Cons: Noise. Lots and lots of noise. It's gotten to the point where I can't even tolerate living in my own apartment because all I ever hear is loud booming bass vibrating the floor from ignorant inconsiderate jerks below. Grounds. Dog crap everywhere. Trash everywhere. Place looks like a ghetto. Bad lighting. Courtesy patrol/securtiy. Presidio doesn't seem to offer these basic services. I've called courtesy many times about said downstairs neighbors, and they've never showed up. I've called security about suspicious activity happening around my apartment, and they've never showed up. Overall: I'm dying to get out of this place. I will DEFINITELY NOT renew my lease once it's mercifully up.
