Again I have had to deal with the incompetence in the office here and it irritates me to no end. They never answer the phones. If you are lucky the voice mail box will not be full and you will be able to leave a message, but they never call back. Over a week ago they changed out the mailboxes. First, we were unable to retrieve our mail beginning earlier than the notice stated. Yeah, we could go into the Post Office to collect our mail if we had time and energy during their office hours. Next the notice said nothing about how we were to go about getting our keys if we don't have time during office hours to go in. It also never said we would be required to go in ourselves to retrieve a key. The notice was not provided door to door just hung by the mailboxes and in the office. I finally was able to pick up my key and said something about them not doing anything to get me my key and my inability to make it in during office hours: The response was you could have called us and we would have worked something out. I attempted calling them several times over the last few weeks and have yet to reach a live person or even the voice mail. Yes, Arizona is a Landlord loving state and all rentals have issues, but this is by far the worst place I have rented in my life. (Out of 10 places, 4 of which were in Arizona) Also I discovered a major leak under my sink and the fix for the mold was painting over it. Apparently paint hides the mold well and that is what they are going for here.

Yes, the shortcuts on hiding your mold seems typical of how this apartment complex is managed having lived there, and experienced similiar treatment firsthand.
