The Presidio isn't too bad. On top of rent, you are charged AZ taxes and must have renter's insurance, which is unavoidable. Other than that if you have a pet, you have to pay a NON-REFUNDABLE pet deposit and have to pay a monthly pet rent on top of the deposit. The apartments are a little outdated and the parking is incredibly close together; my neighbor actually hit my car pulling in. They are however, on top of getting to major repairs and promt about calling tenants back. Would reccommend for someone who needs to get into a place fast and in a good location.

Okay - you say yes for people to move in yet you didn't mention one positive comment in your review besides they are prompt about calling people back. Personally I would rather never have to call the office and have them call me back because typically that means something in my apartment is broken!! Let's review your negatives: - AZ taxes (I understand you can't do anything about this but why bring it up?) - renter's insurance (My opinion this should be a CHOICE!) - non-refundable pet deposit - outdated apartments - parking close together (Yeah as in you need a can opener just to get your car out of the spot!!!) - your car was hit (how much did that cost you??) Folks if you are looking for a place to move to let the above list lead your decision.

I agree, Anonymous #2 07/18/07. The reviewer is a real idiot for checking "yes", but listing only the negative aspects of living at the Presidio.

I dont think any of you people live at the same place as me. Where is all this gunfire? and all the gangs?? Is it only bad on some of the property because i have been at this property for 4 years and never once had anything happen to me or anything of mine.

I moved into Presidio the end of June, this year, and I haven't had a problem yet. The apartment had new carpet, a new diswasher, new washing maching and dryer....when I moved into my 3 bedroom place. I was also wondering where the "GANGS" are located, because I have children and am concerned. I was unaware of this. I have not heard any gun fire as of yet either.
