This place is horrible!!! They don't get anything fixed in a timely manner. The pools are always dirty, if they choose to open them. There are a lot of lower class families that live here and they party till all hours of the night. I would suggest if you are looking for a nice place to live, this is NOT it. You will def. regret it.

You’re telling me - we lived there for two years. By far the worse place I have ever been and the only reason we stayed is because when our lease was up the boom in the real estate market happened. While we could have moved to a different place for the same price, we would have had to deal with the hassle of moving and to be quite honest time is money for me so…..we stayed. It was easier to stay knowing that we were going to move out of state soon anyway. However, if you haven’t dealt with Roxanne aka Manager and excuse maker you don’t know what you’re missing. I actually had to teach her how to be professional and how to diffuse a situation instead of adding fuel to the fire so to speak. When I had enough of her I moved onto her boss but that was a waste of time. She doesn’t bother to return phone calls either. And it’s not as if I was just complaining because I had nothing better to do – we went three months with a broken stove (they would come and “fix it” and it would still be broken), the lights in our building and every other one were out making it a perfect place for crime, in the building next to us there was a couple shootings….heard enough yet?? And if she isn't enough - you could always deal with the person we referred to as "Collar Up boy". You would know who I'm talking about if you saw him. He would whip through the parking lot (because he lived on site) all hours of the day with no regard to the little kids playing around. And NO I don't have kids, however last thing I want to see is one get run over by some mindless driver who doesn't understand you don't go 50 mph through a parking lot!!!! Not too mention we were woken up twice about 3:00am when him and his friends would be drunk in the parking lot! Professional.....every last one of them.
