I have lived at Presidio for a year (my lease is up this weekend THANK GOD) and I think it is a horrible place to live. First of all, parking is HORRIBLE. I constantly come home to people that are either parked in my spot or blocking my spot. Forget inviting people over to your apartment...if they do find a spot, it will take them 20 minutes to walk to your apartment since the complex is freakin HUGE. They gave us a washer and dryer from the 80's that barely works....the people in the complex are very sketchy. People do not clean up after there animals and therefore, the complex smells like a farm! I want to gag everytime I walk outside. The material they used for the shower makes this god-awful squeaking noise everytime you step on it. My electric bill is no less than $150 evey month and I keep my A/C on 78!! The pools always look like someone took a dump in them. The one good thing I can say about the complex is that I've never had an issue with the staff...although it seems like the turnover is high because I constantly see new employees in the leasing office. Also, the complex is in a great location. Other than that, I can't see any reason why anyone would want to live here. If you do decide to live at Presidio, only sign a 6 month lease. You'll see what I mean after you move in!

its in a great location meaning it's close to shopping, dining and entertainment, but if you like living in the ghetto and hearing gunfire every weekend, great

I agree, this place is a dump. Although a lot of it can be blamed on management, there are a lot of trashy tenants who are equally to blame. Tons of cigarette butts everywhere, beer cans thrown on the lawn, dog poop in the grass. What a bunch of pigs!
