I lived here for about a year and at the beginning it was great and I was very excited about it. Later on, I found out that the staff was retarted...super friendly and always chipper....but dumb as crap. The worst things about living there...
THE POOLS! The one by the office (which the office staff looks at every single day and wont fix) turned my sisters and my hair bright green and stung our skin, there are also tiles falling off and you can see where the morons that redid it NEVER pulled off the old tile...they just tiled right on over it. There are holes in the pools, they are filthy and were trashed multiple times.
THE MOLD! The non english speaking maintenance staff neglected to tell me when my upstairs neighbor had a hot water heater leaking. I only guessed this by the old hot water heater that was thrown over the balcony and left behind the building for FOUR MONTHS....repeated calls were made by myself and other neighbors before they got rid of it. When I moved out, I found HORRIBLE mold growth on the ceiling down the walls and the roof had collapsed in it was so bad in the storage room. If my roof looked like that, I can only imagine what my upstairs neighbors floor looked like. The worst part...I'm a severe asthmatic and had to go to the emergency room 3 times while living here and I was always sick....could never figure out why until then. The worst part....I told them that I thought there may be a leak in there from the first day I moved in and all they did was send a guy who sprayed some white stuff in there and said it was fixed.
THE NOISE If you live with anyone above you.....the ceilings are paper thin and it's very bothersome especially in the middle of the night.
THE AIR CONDITIONING sucked entirely. Mine ran constantly because the thermostat didn't work right and the place still wasn't cool. I ended up leaving my windows open most nights as it was cooler.
THE DISH WASHER I saw a comment about a white residue on your dishes....that is 100% accurate. I had no idea what caused this and tried everything to fix it. We are in an area with hard water and some spots...ok. But this was gross and not normal spotting on your dishes. It was better to wash them by hand.
THE PARKING is aweful. People park in your spot all the time and there is not much non reserved parking available for such a large place.
I do not recommend it here at all.

ditto on the mold, it grew everywhere and i hadn't noticed how bad it was until the month before i moved...it had always been on the window sills and toilet rims but then i noticed it was everywhere behind the fridge, stove and under the sink, and that was without a water leak in the apartment above!! and also the dishwasher, worth crap, we always washed them by hand
