Please be smarter than I was, and do not move into this place. Here comes another laundry list (pun intended) of reason why you should not move here...

(1) My dryer takes more than 2 hours to dry even a small load. I called to get it fixed, they came almost 4 days later and did nothing. It functions the same.

(2) Microwave does not work

(3) The outside lights do not work, it is like trying to get into a cave at night, which is dangerous. I have called ten times and it still has not been fixed. Ten times in 7 months

(4) Now that new managment has taken over they have tried to tell us our lease is no longer good and they want to charge an extra 100 dollars a month. Are you kidding me'

There are worse places, but not by much. I will be fair and when something actually gets done I will post it. But since my last post, nothing has gotten done so I will continue to post and warn others...

We couldnt agree more. You know when you are moving to a new area, you look online to find a home. You choose the property in which you rent for many reasons. A few of which include, amenities, overall appearance, location and competent staff. Well, when you look at the great pictures of presidio, dont be fooled. This place is hell! The walls are paper thin, the carpet is lousy, the AC...WHAT AC? It was over 110 for nearly 30 days this summer, and those of us living at presidio FRIED. And dont think that a casual swim to cool you off would work, the pools are often times disgusting! Loose translation of presidio is Prison, definately fits the mold here.... BUYER BEWARE!!!

If they say your lease is no longer valid I would leave if I were you! Only takes a couple weeks to find a new place. I live at San Riva and yea I saw a scorpion but they're not as bad as people make it seem to be. I'm right by the pool. Maintenance comes the same day you call and fixes things. I have no complaints!
