Living here was absolute misery.
Office staff was unbelievably rude, maintenance unprofessional and always took forever to come out. Our toilet overflowed and completely soaked the bedroom carpeting. It took maintenance 3 days to come out, and THEN they tried to charge us a fine for mold.
It seemed that we were calling maintenance every couple of days because something needed fixing or wasn't fixed correctly the first time.
They need a fence or something backing the park- people can and DID walk right into the complex. No security whatsoever.
At movein, we were almost at the highest price for one bedrooms- it only went up twice in the six years we were there. At one time, we were thinking of moving into a two bedroom, and the rent differnce was only $25!!!
Then the straw broke the camels' back when they wanted to increase us $90 after 6 years of living there. That price was just not worth the value of the property.
They spent all that time and money redoing the office, and the rest of the place went to hell.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!
