You know initially back in 2005 I was promised that my apartment would look just like the model they showed me. I asked to specifically see the unit I was moving into, however, I was not allowed because I was told it wasn't ready. Nonetheless, I move in, and I am in complete shock of the shabby old damaged apartment they had given me. Do your homework folks, they are scammers. I complained about everything in my apartment since day one, including the drug dealers on the second floor, the violent husband on the first floor beating his wife every other day, and even called the damn police. Trash hanging from the buildings in trash bags and trash all over. Forget about a assigned parking slot, every day I came home someone was in my parking spot. Forget about complaining and calling their vehicle to get towed they never show up. I refused to finish paying any rent until all of my issues were addressed. They took me to court. But of course, I agreed to move from the ragedy place anyway. Then I get my credit report, along with contacting the BBB of ARizona and I see an outrageous amount of charges! Yeah right, I have been dealing with these people for almost two years. I am going to meet the manager this Sunday. As I stated today, if a resolution cannot be met. I WILL BE SUEING PRESIDIO!

FOR FRAUD, SCAMMING, AND THEIR COLLECTION AGENCY! NOT A PROBLEM. I NEVER DAMAGED ANYTHING IN THE DAMN PLACE, PLUS, CLEANED IT CLEANER THAN WHAT IT WAS WHEN I MOVED IN. I COMPLAINED I HAD TO CLEAN MY APARTMENT WHEN I MOVED IN. BEWARE FOLKS YOU WILL GET SCAMMMED.....

THEY ARE ONLY WORRIED ABOUT COMMISION AND NOT THE CONSUMER!!!!

MAY ANOTHER HOPEFULLY NOT BITE THE DUST......

Look like a model? They never will and never do. I have been gone from Presidio for 4 yrs now and from reading these reviews, nothing has changed! People think...wow...Ahwatukee...upscale. Good neighborhood. Nice apartments. Nope. They have their ghettos just like all places do. And Presidio....that's Ahwatukee's resident ghetto apartments.

Be very careful with these apartments. Like the other posts, you may be tempted because of the Ahwatukee address. Pizza places won't always deliver to Presidio and the local HOA's are constantly trying to get the property rezoned.

It's obvious that you're just bitter over getting evicted. Even the most foolheardy of people pay their rent and just complete their lease and move out, to protect their rental credit. You are a fool for throwing away your rental history because of parking issued. get over it and grow up

I'm wondering why you would stay so long in an apartment that you complained about from "day one". You're opinion is completely useless towards the point of this site to find out about the apartment complex. You're just angry about them taking the appropriate court action... i.e. taking you to court for withholding rent. It's renting 101 that you cannot do that AND no one EVER gets an apartment that looks like the model, that???s why you see which unit you???re getting BEFORE you sign the lease... just get over it and move on.
