I agree with the previous reviewer that we need to give the new management some time and see how things progress.
One thing that they are not doing as well as the previous company is that they are not heating the lap pool. The winter of 2006-2007 was the first time since I moved in that the pool was adequately heated, so that was one thing I was very pleased with the previous management about. Unfortunately, quite a few fitness oriented tenants had already given up hope for more than slight heating of the pool and moved out before last winter (some were considering returning after they learned of the improvement, but since there was another change of ownership and the lap pool was not heated at all this winter for the very first time, they are glad they didn't come back). Hopefully this new management team will at least keep the pools clean once the water is finally warm enough to swim in. It is such a shame, today is a beautiful, warm, sunny day, people have been sunbathing for some time, but no one can swim since the water is so cold.
Maintenance is still poor, but that will take some time to turn around, assuming that they want to. I wonder why the complex is always being sold after a fairly short time' I wonder if this company intends to stay' If you do move here, make certain that the appliances are replaced or in good working condition, because it is really difficult to get anything repaired. Live on the top floor unless you want to hear every footstep in the apartment above you. The location is good, although less so now that Albertson's moved out.
