I only want to warn anyone looking to rent an apartment from here. I am apartment shopping and just last week I stopped in at Presidio and was shown a 2 bedroom apartment. The model I was shown was very nice, and when I started asking questions I soon learned that the model had all new upgrades. The apartments they are renting do not have upgrades. So what you see!..is NOT what you will get. Very decieving, and not an honest approach....a good way to get started off on the wrong foot!

I was told when visiting that some of the apartments have updated things and some do not. The ones that are completely updated (wood flooring, new appliances, and all new fixtures) are market rent plus $100.

This is a very true comment they give you this great Apartment to look at but then find out the place you are getting is very different.
