I would not recommend Presidio I really thought with new Management I would give them I chance. I have been very disappointed. I have called many time's and 5 times in one day and they never answer the phones or return calls. I called them as I was walking in the door one day and then walked in the office to find the staff sitting around talking and they had no client's in the office.
They give you many false promise's to take care of something it seems the tenants they have are not a priority. I'm always having a problem with parking my spot is taken often and I'm the paying tenant. If you have anyone living above you plan to hearing every move it can get very load with more then one person in the place.
I had a friend interested in moving in and they took her to show her an apartment and then tell her but this one has been upgraded so it will cost more if you want one like this. Why show potential tenants a place they will more then likely not be moving into.
