My wife and I, along with out two kids moved into these apartments on Sept 15 2007. From day 1 we were lied to. There were things that we were told would be replaced before our arrival and weren't. There were things that we were told would be replaced within a few weeks of our arrival and still haven't been. The AC unit in our apartment has been broke five times and each time they come to fix it, it don't work right afterwards. The apartment security is AWEFUL!!!!!!!!!! The staff don't care about the tenants and I don't think that corporate level management is aware of this fact. The new phone system in the office is a joke. I don't know if the staff just don't know how to use it or if they just don't care. Either way, you can call 3 time a day for a week and never receive a call back. They just don't answer the phone.

The phone thing is a problem especially if you don't have time to go in to the office during office hours. They literally never answer the phone and they definitely never call back. It is ridiculous.

it's not a new phone system that they are unaware how to operate. we lived there two years ago, and same problem- they never answered the phone and if by chance they did answer, the person you were looking to speak to was always doing something and couldn't come to the phone- they would take down my name and no one would EVER call back

Usually I have to try calling several times on the same day to ever reach anyone directly -- leaving a message (when you can, not always possible) has NEVER resulted in a returned call
