Decent Apartments - Terrible Staff

Maintenance left my door unlocked after leaving my apartment when finally servicing my dishwasher more than 7 days after promised date.
Presidio staff members TWICE parked their golf-carts in my ONE AND ONLY parking spot. Guest parking is a bare minimum and after finally finding an open parking space and hiking back (this is a LARGE apartment complex!) I crossed paths with the Presidio Staff member getting into his golf cart in my parking spot. His reply when I asked him not to park there again was "You can park there now". The indifference (if not the arrogance) of the staff member seems to be par for the course.
I moved out of the apartment complex and had my walk through 38 days ago, (no problems, full refund due me according to my walkthru paperwork)and I have NOT YET RECEIVED MY MONEY FROM THEM. I called the office three days ago and was told someone would call me back in a day or two.
So you have it. In my short time (did not renew my lease) this is a very inefficiently run apartment complex. Maintenance and office staff both have poor follow-up, not delivering on their promises.
DO NOT RECOMMEND.
