Presidio at South Mountain

5 years and not that bad From: fawoodward Date posted: 5/21/2008 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2007   I lived at Presidio for 5 years and I did notice when the old management company was bought out by Waterton, it definitely went downhill. However, whenever I had any issues, I either called or stopped in the office and they were very helpful. Sometimes I didn't get a return call, but I called again and they resolved my issue. I asked to have my carpet replaced as I'd lived there so long, and they were very agreeable and it was immediately arranged. I didn't have maintenance issues very often at all and I had no pest issues. The complex clientele is not ideal and security/safety issues seemed to increase when the new mgt company started. For the amount of rent though, I think you could find a nicer, newer place to rent for about the same money.
