This "new" management company is horrible. I moved from a studio to a two bedroom (from one side of the complex to another) and it was like moving to a different complex altogether. I am still waiting for them to make repairs that were mentioned to them when I moved into the new apartment in March. When my fridge broke, it took them two days to get a new one, and when they brought it up they hadn't checked it first and it didn't work either, so they had to bring a second one up. Who was the brainiac that decided to go up three flights of stairs without making sure it worked first'' There are numerous "hot spots" in the apartment where one room is ice cold and another you feel as though you are going to suffocate from the heat. The manager gave me a personal guarantee that she would handle the problems with the apartment and it would be taken care of within a couple of days. That was three weeks ago and I have heard nothing. The problems still exsist and continue to get worse with every passing day. I can't wait for my lease to expire so that I can leave this hell hole

I was fortunate enough to have an ice chest and was able to save some of it, but the majority of it ended up in the garbage. Of course no one at the complex seemed to care nor was there any offer to reimburse for what was lost.
